EVO Fishing and Marine is now a proud partner of VEPO, the makers of OrthoDek custom EVA Marine Flooring. This means we now offer custom design and installation, of OrthoDek EVA Marine flooring for your boat!

Here's how it works: VEPO gives us access to their vast boat library, where they have hundreds of boat makes and models already on file. If we do not have your specific boat on file, we can come to you and take detailed photos and measurements using Photogrammetry software to create custom profiles for your rig! Utilizing this software saves you time and costs associated with fitting your boat with new flooring.

Once we have the custom photo scans, we then input them into our CAD system and create the custom flooring profile. With that and your preferred color combination and pattern we send you a final review with quote for approval. Once we have final approval, we'll use our state of the art CNC equipment to cut the custom flooring profiles from the OrthoDek flooring panels.

After the panels have been cut, we come to you to prep your boat and install your new custom panels!

Specific to OrthoDek products, We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our installations. If your product should delaminate or lose adhesion, we'll replace the affected panel without hesitation. Beyond the one year warranty, we will prorate the product for an additional 1 year. Should your OrthoDek delaminate or lose adhesion after the 1 year warranty has expired, we'll prorate the cost of a replacement panel for the second year.
