OrthoDek Custom EVA Foam Flooring Deposit

This is the initial deposit for your OrthoDek Custom EVA Flooring. 

We will create a custom sale price based on the initial quote. 

Once paid, we initiate production on your custom floors. Changes cannot be made and no refunds will be given for the initial deposit after flooring fabrication has begun. 

Final payment will be due on the day of installation.
